Microsoft has annouced the release of its new Web development technology framework ATLAS. ATLAS is a new web development framework designed for the ASP .NET 2.0 platform to extract the rich and new features of the world of AJAX. You can download the tools from here if you are a MS fan or you like to experiment with new tools.
